I recently spent some time looking into the work of pastor fields, and it's pretty clear that his approach to community is something we don't see every day. Most of the time, when we think of ministry, we imagine someone standing behind a heavy wooden pulpit, delivering a sermon to a room full of people in their Sunday best. But with someone like him, the "church" part is really just the beginning.
